Hi ,

Pls let me know how to create master data infoobject and how to upload data from R\3 tables and do i need to create generic datasource for uploading master data from "Z" i.e customer defined tables

Yes, you need to create generic datasource in SAP-R/3 using transaction 'RS02'. Either using directly table and if multiple tables and need to join them and then use infosets for datasource.

Test your extraction output in R/3 first using RSA3 transaction.

Afterwards connect to SAP BW
