We are using the -ve time management and generating the quotas using the report RPTQTA00.
we have a requirement that employee should be eligible for additional leaves even if his absence quota is exhausted
e.g.
Employee entitlement is 28 days and he has used his entire quota till date but still he can apply for the leaves.
The quota should be allowed till -28 days and next time while generating the quotas this -ve number of days should be considered and remaining days should be made available as the quota days for the employee.
We did allow the -ve deduction in quota type in table V_556A_B field NegDed as -28.

Plese suggest where i am making the mistake.
