Hello Frinds,
When I am going to change purchase info record, I am getting the error "Please adjust base unit and coversion factor". Base unit in info record and material master are same.
I don't understand reason for this error. can anybody help me to resolve this issue?
Thanks,
Bhairav

when SAP issues this message " Please adjust base unit and coversion factor" (message number 06 365)
then it compares MARA-MEINS with EINA-LMEIN .
Use SE16 and check those fields in MARA and in EINA.
I dont believe that your base unit in material master is equal to info record.
If nothing had happened to the units, then SAP would not issue such a message.
You can as well check the change history in material master to see whether there were changes made to unit of measure and conversions.

Hello Jürgen,Thanks for your reply.
I have checked the fields you said. In MARA it is showing base unit of measure as EA and where as in EINA it is showing base unit of measure as blank (no value).
How can we correct this issue? System keep on giving this error in ME13. System did not defualt EA in info record base unit of measure field.
Expecting your reply.
Thanks,
Bhairav

Dear Bhairav,
Check in the Inforecord General data in the sub-screen Purch order Unit of Measure and in Purch Org Data-1 screen- on "conditions" sub- screen for any alternate units are maintained and compare this in Material master "Additional Data" screen for the same conversion"
