Hi Expert,
I created a new paragraph format and even character format with underline, spacing (-1.00 MM). it Works perfectly fine striking through the word in preview mode. But in printout it doesn't work....irrespective of the underline spacing it always print below the text.
It is not striking out, but just underlining. Is there any specific setting or coding that should be checked?
Kindly help.
Thanks & Regards,
Saurabh
Hi Saurabh,
-> Go to Text Editor
-> in Menu Bar select GOTO
-> Select Configure Editor and check on the Graphical PC Editor, it will enable you to write the same way you write in MS WORD, and u can have the option of Strike Through.
or 2nd option can be :-
-> Click on Graphical PC Editor
-> Click on the Paragraph Format given in the drop down box, next to character format.
-> last option would be More select that
-> a small window will open on the right side.
-> in that create a new style or modify the original one,
click on format, in that select Strike through
Thanks,
Rupali

Hi Saurabh,
Can you try it this way? Can you define a paragraph format(let'scall it S1) with a Line Spacing of 0,5 LN. After this you can put into your form:
...
S1 ___________________
S1 Strike Through...
As a result the underline should be printed in the middle of the text
'Strike Through'.

Aidan

Hi rupali,
the problem with my requirement is that i need to strike out the word inside a table, so the position would not be fixed....
Your solution would work perfectly when the contents are at fixed position.
Nyways m closing this thread as there are no concrete solutions in SAP for strike through. Also i have asked the user to manually strike the words which he needs n hs agreed to it......
So problem solved.
Thanks and Regards,
Saurabh Tibrewal.
