Create a TCP/IP destination; type = Remote Server Program; set the name = the third parameter on your srv[0] (i.e. JCOSERVER01); set your gateway host and service to wherever you are testing it (the example sets it as "gwhost1" and "gwserv00" but you will need to change this to your host name and recompile). The service name is normally SAPGW00.
