Dear Expert,
I ahve done all required settings for Inbound E-Mail but I can not see any email in the Inbox.
Which settings are needed for the Exchange Server or Domino Server in order to route the email to CRM?
Settings done in:
- SO28
- CRMC_IC_AUIADDR
- CRMC_IC_AUIGNADR - Added address xyz@crm.***
- CRMC_ERMS_SM_PDET
- CRM_ERMS_WF_CUST
- Monitoring with CRM_ERMS_LOGGING and SWi1 ´gives no result.
