How we can track despatches against PO

I have placed one PO to ABC India Ltd now I have received the despatch intimation i.e. LR No mode of despatch etc.

How we can track the same till inbound.

Create an Inbound delivery in VL31N. To create this, you need to have confirmation key = Inbound Delivery in Confirmation Tab of the PO

While creating inbound delivery, it is asking for loading point. Any idea how to set up. We tried this by creating loading point and assign this to shipping point ......
