Hi all,
i have an CRM 4.0. In the instance profile i have this parameter:
icm/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTP,PORT=8050,EXTBIND=1
I try to contact the CRM from my WEB BROWSER on my pc.
I use the command:
The web browser answer me with a HTTP 500 error
Anyone can help me to find the error ??????
Is the command wrong or i need to set other parameter on my CRM ?????
Many Many thanks
Walter
Hi Walter
If the BSP interface is short-dumping at runtime then you can use transaction 'ST22' on your CRM system to view the dump analysis information.
Hope this helps,

Hello Walter,
I moved your message to the BSP forum!

Hello Walter,
One of the potential causes of your problem may be that your BSP interface is not being provided through the BSP runtime because your computer's host name is not fully qualified.
In my experience, the hostname needs to be a fully qualified name to initialize the BSP runtime on WAS and then to execute BSP applications.
Somehow, the http://sapsvi:8050 doesn't look correct to me. If this is the cause for your problem then you will need to register your SAP host as one with a fully qualified name. There is ample documentation on this in the WAS help section at http://help.sap.com.
Hope this helps,
- Vik.
