Automatic Unlock of Users

Hi,

we have in our UM Security Settings that a user should be locked after 3 failed logon attempts. After 60 Minutes the user should be unlocked from the system (Auto Unlock Time).

But it does not work. The user remains locked after 60 Minutes. Is there anyone with the same problem. Is there a solution?
