SAP Info: add-on dont get Item Events in run time mode at customers station

In case you get the following behaviour - this note is relevnat to you!

VB.Net Application that has normal behaviour with all Events on Development Systemes but no Item Events recived in runtime. (Menu event are recived correctly).

This weird behavior occurs while running the add-on on partner's station in run time mode.

The add-ons don't get any Item events.

This is caused due to a bug in .Net framework.
