Change checking horizon in runtime during ATP check

Hi,

Trying to add some days to checking horizon in runtime during availability check. Any BADI or user exit, please?

    Hello Singha,

    Yes. This can be achieved with little development in the core ATP check function module using any of the implicit enhancements.

    The function module that you need to look is /SAPAPO/DM_ATP2_CHECK. In the above FM; there is a subroutine called "atp_check" within which there is another subroutine "set_check_parameters" where the checking horizon calculation is being happened.

    Please debug and you can easily put an implicit enhancement to change the value at the end of the method

    EXPORTING

    iv_pegid = is_chkreq-pegid

    IMPORTING

    ev_hortms = es_chkpar-end_of_rlt

    EXCEPTIONS

    Dear Bijit,

    checking horizon can be changed in material master in APO. Afterwards it should be considered while next atp check.

      Hi Bijit

      If you use Checking Horizon from Product Master, it would be a static entry. To make it dynamic i.e. change it during every ATP Check, you may prefer to use one of the CIF user exits. This would require development as standard SAP does not support this requirement.
