Reversal of HR master data replication

Hi experts,

We are using classic scenario & SRM ver 7.0.I have replicated user's HR master data into SRM using t.code PFAL.

Later on I realised that user was not supposed to replicate.

Can I do reversal of that replication by any mean?

Hi

Go to PPOMA_BBP

Get the CP, S and BP number of your user

Go to se38

Execute report RHRHDL00

Here you can delete the CP and the S object of your user with related records

After this you will have to mark the BP for archival and then delete the BP (if required)

Hi,

Then do not use the 'S' option. Use the CP option. This is the central person of that particular user.

This will not belinked to other user ids that are attached to the same position

Check the report RE_RHGRENZ4

You can use that to set new end date.

It is not available in SRM though. We used this in ECC to delimit a date.

You can try this. Delmit in ECC and PFAL it to SRM

Hi Venk,

Thanks for your reply,but when I run this report with object type 'S' ie. Position ,it will delete all the records related to that position even records of previous employees who ever assigned to this position.

I guess,If I choose a particular Reporting period,then only one User's position details will be deleted.

ALso,please clarify if you know the difference between delimiter & deletion of Posiiton. Can delimiter be an option to fulfill my requirement? & how to do it?

Please correct me ,if I am wrong anywhere.
