Error while entering count in WM

Hi All,

I have created a Physical Inventory document using LX16 t-code (WM managed). Since the material and bin stock is zero and When I try to enter the count by ticking zero stock indicator using LI11 t-code, I am not able to save the document and system throws error "Finding empty Quants provided for" and message number is L4058.

Please let me know how to resolve this.

Hello,

For continous inventory, we have created document using LX16.

If the bin is empty you can post the count using LI11N if there are no open transfer order pending for that combination of storage type and storage bin.

Please check whether there are any open tarnsfer orders.

Also check the following customization settings;

SPRO>>Logistics Execution>>Warehouse Management>>Activities>>Physical Inventory>>Define Types per Storage Type

Now select the combination of storage type and warehouse number

Tick the check box of Zero Stock Check

This will help you If a storage bin becomes empty after a goods movement, the bin is checked as to whether it is really empty.

The result of the check is communicated to the system during the confirmation of the transfer order.

Also before posting the count you have activate the physical inventory document with T-code LI02N

Hi,

Just double check if inventory management is allowed in that storage type.
