Analysis Office 2.2 Installation Issue

Hi All,

We are facing an issue in AO 2.2 installation for some of our users.

- Installation initiated by clicking on exe.

-Process runs in background

-Runs for several hours

-No errors, no installation window.

-The process stops by itself after few hours.

Can you kindly throw some light on what I could look at?

Try the SAP note 2344814, you are required to re-create the Analysis file installer.

Did you re-download the software? Perhaps the version you have is corrupt? Can you share screen shots of what happens in the foreground?

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I tried to bring the process to foreground. But that does not work either. I do not see the installation wizard or ay error message. And also, 2.2 is the only standard version that has to be used by all the users for now.

Also, try downloading 2.3 or 2.4 - 2.3 has been out for a while now.

Instead of running in the background, have you tried running in the foreground? Maybe re-download the application?
