I am fairly new to the SAP world. Feb 2003 we migrated from a legacy AS/400 system to SAP R/3 4.6C on RS/6000. We implemented SAP Business Connector 4.6 to let R/3 interface with Manugistics.
I take care of the BC interface environment.
I am hearing about Netweaver, Web AS, XI, etc... as being the migration path I will need to take as BC is at end-of-life.
I don't know where to begin! What will I need to know/acquire to allow the same functionality as my current BC interface environment.
Is there a definitive migration path for BC users?
What is that path?
If anyone could point me to any reports, documents, tutorials, etc..., it would be greatly appreciated!!
I just need to know where to start looking and what to look at. Thanks for listening.

SAP BC is effectively replaced by Exchange Infrastructure (XI). But BC 4.6C is still supported for a while.
I suggest you look at all the XI info you can glean from service.sap.com/xi.
