BSP enhancement scenarios

I am actually looking at creating some training documentation for our Organization on BSP's(CRM IC webclient in particular)

I would like to know the answers to the below question.

1) Could you tell me some real time BSP enhancement scenarios (in IC webclient only) that you might have come across. (Example changing fields , buttons etc ).I need to know the scenario and why it was needed and what was the resulting outcome of the enhancement(how it helped the business etc). Please be as detailed as possible in your answers.

I think you must go to

You will find some information about the IcwebClient in the CRM Forums.

I have some experience changing layout for IcWebClient but it's not easy. It's not like change a layout to a BSP-MVC. You must to know some technical tips for change views in IcWebClient. Usually you change a view in IcWeb when you need to adapt the product to your business model. FGor example: Show data for a BP, Service Order.

I think that this is not the right forum for your ask.

    Hope it would help you.

In the SAP service marketplace under alias CRM and then documentation>InteractionCenter you can find the Consultants Cookbook for IC Webclient (CRM_IC).

There is explained how to change the lay-out.
