as we all know that isolated join are those join who are not part of any context,
so is there any effect of isoltaed join on the report or in the universe, is it neccesary to resolve isolated join? if yes then why?
The biggest mistake with contexts is forgetting to include self-restricting joins. If they are not in a context, then they will not be included in the query. This is often a solution to the question "Why isn't my prompt working?"!

every join in the universe must be part of any Context. Otherwise it is trated as a context itself.
It has to be queried separatly to get proper results. Otherwise, you'll get incorrect data.
