Enhancing 0FC_CI_01: Fields not available in SBIW

Former Member

Hello,

Am trying to enhance datasource 0FC_CI_01. I have added 2 'ZZ' fields to the extract structure (via append structure) -> removed checkmark from 'Hide' column of datasource so that they are visible now.

Next to map the fields from DFKKOP I follow following steps:

SBIW -> Settings for Application-Specific DataSources (PI) -> Contract Accounts Receivable -> Define Fields for the Extraction of Items -> Extraction Type: CI -> New Entries -> Field Name -> Here am not able to get those 'ZZ' fields that I added..

I've checked table ROOSFIELD and these 2 fields have Version = A and Field Attr = P.

Please help..

Thanks & Regards,

Labanya.

Hi,

I have not worked on this before, but SAP help mentions the below line.

If you need additional fields to those delivered by SAP, you have to enter these in the includes CI_FKKOPBW (open items) and CI_FKKCIBW(cleared items).

Please see if you have appended in these includes only.

Hi Mitra,

have you resolved?

Also in our system I don't have CI_FKKCIBW in DFKKCIBW but it's an include standalone.

Instead in DFKKOPBW I can see CI_FKKOPBW include.

Ciao,

Well this is no big deal - still it depends if the fields are in the supported tables (Check SBIW).

    0. Check "SBIW -> Settings for application specific datasources (PI) -> Fields for the extraction of Items -> Add fields to extraction" if the fields are available in the supported tables

  1. SE11 -> CI_FKKCIBW (Add new fields you want to extract)
  2. RSA6 -> 0FC_CI_01 ICA Ausgeglichene Posten zum Intervall (Extraktstruktur erweitern)
  3. SBIW -> "SBIW -> Settings for application specific datasources (PI) -> Fields for the extraction of Items -> Add fields to extraction" -> Add the fields there

Hi Andreas,

thanks a lot for a quickly answer.

My problem is that DFKKCIBW doesn't have include CI_FKKCIBW in IS-U system.

Must I ask the registration key and manually insert the include?

Thanks in advance.

Ciao Samuele,

Thats a string thing since the include should be there from the start.

Also stated in the howto I found:

http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/d00ea035-ab1a-2b10-b4be-e7514fd80...

The include should be from SAP - does the include exist in your system (check SE11)?

SE11 -> Datatype -> CI_FKKCIBW -> Show

Mark Structure CI_FKKCIBW -> Where used -> Check Strucktures

Then there should be FKKCIBW and FKKCIBW_FULL.

If the include is in the structures then it should be in the table aswell.

let me know.

Hi Andreas,

also I've read that howto and I am confusing.

The include CI_FKKCIBW exist in our IS-U system but it's not used in any table or structure.

Very strange....
