    Hi,

Soon I will do this process myself (km migration)

Did you find or have any administration guide, that could help me and others to analyze and understand the migration process?

    regards

    • Hi,

We are also in the process of migrating from EP5 to EP6.

There are a variety of different aspects that you have to consider.

Are you going to migrate Collaboration Rooms? If yes, there is a tool from SAP that supports this migration.

Do you have any special custom properties on particular document types?

Normally, you can move content from EP5 to EP6 using ICE. There is a certain loss of information though as certain properties "Creator, modifiedBy" are lost during migration. It is possible to set some of these properties after the content migration process but this must done using the KM API and the "ice_service" service user.

      Hope this helps.

    How about workflows?

There is nothing that says that they are migrated, so we have to make them from scratch... Or not?

    Any examples?

    Regards
