IDOC INBOUND HRMD_A09 issues

Hi experts,

I have a scenario for creating employee master data in our SAP R/3 by using the IDOC HRMD_A09 and message type HRMD_A. Data will be supplied by an external system.

The issue is that in WE05, I got a green lamp (status 53) for this IDOC. But whenn I look into the database (e.g. table PA0000), there is no new entry.

I've entered for IT00 the fields

PERNR
INFTY
ENDDA
BEGDA
MASSN.

Any ideas why the system didn't create a new record in table PA0000 but tells me in WE05 that everything was ok and set status to 53?
