    Hi,

An option is to use open the web site that uses "_TOP" in it's own browser. Therefore you will have 2 browsers open (the portal and the external site). The do that, you will need to create an iView that accepts a URL and has some javascript. The Javascript will then open a browser with that URL.

Meanwhile in the portal, you can have a message stating that a new browser has been started.

    Cheers,

    Vic

    • Hi!

If you are integrating a URL-iView with content (HTML) that has links with target=_top the browser will always jump to the top-Frame overwriting the existing frameset of the portal.

The only way to find a solution is to create a HTML-File that starts a new browser session using an active X control. This HTML is then included in the portal using a normal URL iview. The result is a new browser-session in the iFrame of the iview.
