Date 29.01.2011 is after the end of factory calendar Z2

Dear all,

Currently found out that our factory calendar has been created only until 2011. So I did the following:

1. SCAL, extended the years to 2015 for all relevant Factory Calendar ID.

2. Transported to my Q server to test

3. Error "Date 29.01.2011 is after the end of factory calendar Z2" when I try to create a new SO for January 2011.

Diagnosis

Billing date 29.01.2011 lies after the date on which factory calendar Z2becomes invalid. The factory calendar is stored in the customer master of the payer for determining the billing period.

System Response

The system prevents further processing.

Procedure

Check

whether the correct year has been entered for the billing date <>

whether the correct calendar is being used

whether the calendar must be activated for the relevant year.

Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

Hi, already did. I have extended to 2015, beyond 2011. Do I need to activate anything?

Hi changed, the date to 3.1.2011, still getting "Date 03.01.2011 is after the end of factory" error

thanks for replying.

Hi there

I have had a similar problem, but found that I can't transport it, it is greyed out at every screen and gives a message to do a manual transport which it doesn't allow either. Check the configuration in Production to see that it has in fact transported. If not, get authorization to open QA and Production to extend it.

Kind regards

Hi Vishal,

Thank you for replying, managed to fix them. Actually its just about the special rules which was wrongly maintained.

Have a good new year.

Verify in customer master, XD02,XD03, General Data-->UnloadinPoint, that it doesn't need to exist.

This calendar is verified.

customer master data can be carried out factory calendar date if it is required otherwise remove invoicing dates from customer master data -> sales area data -> Invoicing dates & invoicinglistdates.
