Can somebody tell me the basic configuration guide to configure a bidding engine in SRM?

Hi,

It will be difficult to explain in a forum post. Giving few references here:

1. Check someone who knows Solution Manager in your organization. You can download Scenario specific configuration (in your case, Strategic Sourcing with RFx) based on SRM version you have.

2) Attend SRM 210 training in your nearest SAP training center.

3) You can also buy a book "Consultant's Guide to SAP SRM" which explains Processes, configuration & other tips for consultants for SRM scenarios. Try Amazon website to buy this.

We are using SRM 5.0 with extended classic scenario.

As you mentioned in your first option can you please provide more details on how can I download Scenario specific configuration?
