Need a Production order plan/actual costs report at component level

Hi Experts,

Our client recently came into SAP and implemented 1511 right away. Client's requirement to have a component level report for a Production Order. Just like there is COOISPI report, we want to have a report displaying all the fields like plan/actual costs etc for the combination of Production order and all the materials using it since we are talking about collective order here. In other words, We need to have a report which has all the layouts like KKBC_ORD, except that it runs for a single Production order, our report has to run for all.

S/4 HANA gave KKBC_HOE_H report which runs on a summarization hierarchy and it is only working for CO summarization and not for order summarization. So the report is able to summarize cost elements but not orders.

I can't create order hierarchy using OKRA since it requires use of KKRV for data collection and it along with the other t-codes like OKQ3 has become outdated with the S/4 HANA on-premise edition. When checking simplification list by SAP for S/4 HANA, it is only recommending use KKR0 to create a hierarchy and use KKBC_HOE_H for results. so far our hierarchy contains only one level which is controlling area by default. Should I create more levels like Order number/type and material for the summarization to happen at the order level? Please suggest your valuable inputs.
