XI 2.0 Demo Guide

Hallo People,

I am curious to find if there are some kind of <b>Demo Guides for XI 2.0</b>, where I can find some demo examples (the flight booking example provided in the online docs is not so complete).

I have found a demo guide for XI 3.0 and wonder if there is sth like this for XI 2.0 also ?

Hi Patrick,

I got if from the OSS (service.sap.com).

XI 3.0 comes with Predesigned content for the Repository, i.e., it already contains the sample business scenarios, and the docu is written around this samples.

Patrick have you got your File Adapter working ?

Hi,

I have also setup a File in_bound adapter and am I also able to sendin the file contents through the reciever BS into the Integeration Engine but I am not able to read back the contents out of the XI.

What do you suggest here ?

My scenario that I have working is:

File from pc -> XI -> back end server.

I have a file adapter running on both my pc and my backend server.

I also use XI to change (via mapping) the data passed.

I've searched as well but never seen a XI 2 demo guide. Could you tell me where you get the XI 3 demo guide from?

There isn't one...there is only a demo guide for XI3.0.

There is a XI2.0 example in the 500 configuration guide but it is very imcomplete.
