Copy control

Hi all,

Please give me solution for while creating a followup document from interaction record all date is coping from interaction record to followup document but Activity reason and goal is not coping from interaction record both ducument categories are Business activity and same subject profile ssigned to the both document types.

Did you create any copy control? You can define usage of copy control under spro>transactions>basic settings>copy control for business transactions>Define Copying Control for Transaction Types.

And you create logic for copy control under spro>transactions>basic settings>copy control for business transactions>BAdI: Enhancements for Copying Control

Check ACTIVITY_H method for this fields.

I already define Copy control as complete reference but it is not coping,Is it not possible with standard or i have to implement BADI for this or write a routine.

Just setting Copy control as complete reference has limited functionality. by implementing badi you can implement your own logic to it, but of course it means coding.

Hello

Copy control in serivce request is not copying all the feilds to follow up document. BADI IF_EX_CRM_COPY_BADI~SERVICE_H is not called.

Please let me know where in the code you can set default fields

I have a similar urgent requirement on this. I have to copy the Service H data on the copy control functionality.
