ESR login Screen getting hanged

HI,

I am trying to login to ESR and ID but after entering login ID and Password it gets stuck. I am not able to go to ESR and ID.

Before opening login pad it gives following error "The SmartScreen Filter Service is temporarily unavailable".After this login screen appears ,after giving login Id and password ,it just hangs.no further processing takes place.

please help me on this ,i am new to SAP-PI and using PI7.1.

Hi,

Check if any of the antivirus programs are causing the issue and also try to open the java home page in different browser (eg firefox) and see if you can able to open ESR/ID?
