    Hi Wolfgang,

generally the Portal makes heavy use of scripting technologies and thus the content can neither be easily transferred nor displayed on an mobile device.

The only way to build a "mobile portal" in my eyes would be the creation of a special role for mobile users, which consists of iViews which are especially designed for mobile devices. These iViews have to be embedded in a customized navigational frame that fits the requirements of mobile devices. Also, this would only be a scenario for connected environments, i.e. WLAN-PDAs.

Sadly, the EP6 does not come with out-of-the-box-mobility, so it would be quite tricky to realize such a scenario. The Mobile Infrastructure in its current incarnation will not help either, since it does not offer benefits seen from an Enterprise Portal view.
