fica archeving issue

Hello,

I am getting this error while ARCHEVING FICA DOCUMENTS

No life maintained for document type BA (application T)

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

IAM TRYING TO DO THAT ARCHEVING IN APPLICATIION AREA R, SO HELP ME OUT

Hi Surya,

By looking at the error , may be there is no value assigned in the field Doc. life for that document type.

SPRO > Fin Acc > Contract A/r A/P > Basic functions > Postings and documents > documents > maintain document assignments > Document types > Maintain docuemnt types and assign number ranges

Hi VR

i configured doc life in FPAC ,Iam trying to archeving in application area R but the error pertaining to app.Area T, I removed the data pertaing to T application area from database table TFK003 too even then also iam getting the same error, I need help in this isuue,

what could be the idle life (days) for the documents before archeving,
