Dates Adjustment functionality for WBS element manual

During manual planning for WBS element, Lower level WBS element are planned, using extrapolate function in dates,

It is possible to get the dates for higher hierarchy. But when the dates for the lower WBS element are reduced, Extrapolate functions doesn't work as the name stands as extrapolate.

My question is how to adjust the WBS element in higher hierarchy to automatically adjust to lower level irrespective of increase or reduction in dates in the lower level WBS element.
