i have extracted SAPPDKEclipsePlugins60SP2.zip to eclipse/plugins folder.But after starting sap netweaver studio i was not able to see "SAP Portal plugin settings" item under window/preferences.
Its probably due to the path of the files in the zip file. You need to make sure that the files in the zip file are extracted into the plugins directory
