s067 table Update Problem

Dear All,

For Some customers there are no Open deliveries/billing documents. Still S067 table is showing some value in the Open delivery credit value.

How to track the the open deliveries / Billing document for the same.

I checked some SAP notes (0001591381 and 0000716141).

Please Help !

Your statement is not clear. What do you mean by open delivery and open billing document. For information,

  • When you create the delivery: open delivery (S067-OLIKW) is updated.
  • When you create the billing document: open delivery (S067-OLIKW) is reduced and open billing document (S067-OFAKW) is increased.
  • When you post the invoice into Accounting: open billing document (S067-OFAKW) is reduced and receivables (KNKK-SKFOR) is increased

Also you have not indicated what settings you have in OVA8

Thanks a lot for your reply.

We have value in SO67-OLIKW , although there is no actual open deliveries in VL06F and in VF04 transactions.

Can you please help !

transaction:-OVA8 Settings:

  • 1.If Update 000012 is maintained then the system will update open order value on time axis, delivery and billing document value into the structure S066.
  • 2.If Update 000015 is maintained, then the system will update open delivery and billing document value into the structure S067.

Any sales order items, which are relevant for credit, but not relevant for delivery? These also get updated to S067 (note 377165).
Have you managed to find out when approximately the issue occurred?
Were there configuration or development changes done around that time?
Does it occur just for a few customers or for many?
If this started to happen recently - are there any terminated updates in SM13, which could be related to this?
Did you try to run RVKRED88? I would run RVKRED77 in a productive system only as a last resort.
If you observe the same issues in a test system and still cannot find the root cause, you can run SD_VKMLOG_SHOW for some time, while you are creating documents.
