Exporting Java Iviews from EP5.0 to EP6.0

Hi,

We have Custom Java Iview which run successfully on EP5.0. We are in the process of moving to EP6.0. I have the *.par file for the project and would like to export the same to EP6.0 ( is this the right path I am taking???).

Can anyone who has successfully done the same, direct me to any documentation which tells me how to go about with the same.

Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

I've used eclipse to do that and to even convert the file structure to the 6.0 version. Just import your existing par file which includes the sources and eclipse will do the rest. It really comes in handy.

What I'm having trouble with right now is converting from jco client to the connector framework :o(

      Hi,

I have the eclipse setup for PDK 5.0. Do I need to download PDK 6.0 on top of EP 6.0, setup the eclipse and then go about to import the par file.

Could you please guide me to any documentation for<b>"eclipse to do that and to even convert the file structure to the 6.0 version. Just import your existing par file which includes the sources and eclipse will do the rest"</b>

      Thank you.
