Object not found in lookup of SapXIJDBCAdapterService OR No adapter is registered.

Hello Experts,

I've came across below exceptions in the communication channel monitoring tool. The messages are failed with the same exception in the Message Audit Log as well. I'm on PI 710 SP14

Exceptions: (1) No adapter is registered. (2) MP: exception caught with cause javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception in getMethodReady() for stateless bean. NameNotFoundException: Object not found in lookup of SapXIJDBCAdapterService.

Found couple of incidents reported with possible solutions - CPACache refresh in full mode and/or restarting XPI Service: Messaging and the corresponding adapter services. Restarting the XPI services and corresponding adapter services resolved the issue. But wondering the root cause of this behavior.
