Hello experts,
I'm having problem while setting up secure FTP connection with sapftp between SAP application server and ftp server of a bank.
In my case, I tried PuTTY and private shell (third party tools) to make this connection on application server. As you know, SAP says that secure FTP connection can be done with SAPFTP via third party SSH softwares as per note "Note 795131 - FAQ: How to make Secure FTP communication with SAPFTP"
But I haven't achieved it yet. As far as I know, I should use SSH tunneling method, but how ?
However, privateshell is an excellent software to do this but when i monitored the operating system with TCPView ( tiny sysinternal application) it shows that privateshell listens irrelevant tcip ports (related with sapftp.exe) I think it must listen port 21 (because sapftp.exe using it) and must forward relevant packets from SAP appl. server to FTP server.
Did you establish a connection like this before ?
You can check the below links to get further information about the softwares that i used ;

Any help will be appreciated...
