Hi all,
I am thinking of enabling sso on my windows machine to login into sap via sapgui.I dont have admin rights on the machine. Is there a way i can enable it.Thanks.
You should not need admin rights on the machine to enable SSO within SAP GUI.
As long as the SAP servers are setup to accept SSO logins, you should only need to add the correct entries into the SAP Logon Pad.
Ex. under the properties of the logon pad entry,
("Activate Secure Network Communication")
enter the SNC name information

That is correct.
Items such as these need defined and setup.
snc/accept_insecure_cpic
snc/accept_insecure_gui
snc/accept_insecure_rfc
snc/data_protection/min
snc/data_protection/use
snc/enable
snc/gssapi_lib
snc/identity/as
There is more to it then the items above. A place to possible start would be here. http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/44/2aa8081a3a060ae10000000a155369/content.htm
