Hello folks
I have a situation where the GATP is changing the transportation planning date, material availability date etc. Is this the normal behavior? Problem that im facing is that due to this the sales order which has been released from the credit check block is going back into credit check.
Please suggest
Thanks and regards
Joseph
Hi Joseph,
Yes, that sounds normal. The GATP check runs usually also a transportation and shippment scheduling and might calculate new dates for your sales order. Thus the order has to be credit checked again - e.g. if the dates move to a new month so if your credit check says: no, this customer has already order too much in that month and blocks the sales order confirmation.
Hope this helps.
BR,
Michael

Hi Michael,
Seasons greetings to you. Thanks for your reply. Here the sales order that has been released is going back into the credit check. As per the credit check settings done for the credit released documents they are not supposed to go back into credit check for 30 days unless qty and price are updated exceeding the credit released value. In this case though no changes are done such as the ones mentioned above sales order is coming back into the credit check due to the GATP run..
Request you to suggest where can i take care of this such that the sales order doesnt get back into the credit check.
Thanks and regards
Joseph
