Hi,

I am creating each time consignment Issue(consider for many issue order) with reference through

consignment fillup(consider from only one fillup order ) .

I want only copy line Item which I don't copy in the previous Issue order while copy from fillup to Issue.

will it possible ?

if yes please provide me solution

Hello,

Go to VA01

Enter document type KE (Consignment issue). Click Create with reference Tab.

Select Order Tab here you enter you Consignment Fill up Order Number.

Now in the same screen, there is item selection Tab. Pess that tab.

Now you can select the desired line items from consignment fill up order in to consignment issue Order.

Thanks for replying. there can be literally hundreds of items in a single consignment fill-up order. if client has to manually check or un-check the items which are already issued, it would be an overhead.

The situation is, each material can have just 1 qty at any given point of time. there is a unique material code concept. so if there is 100 qty in any cons.fill up order, you can take as there is going to be 100 line items in that order. now first time, client makes the cons.issue order and delivery of 30 out of 100, next time when it selects the same cons.fillup order as a reference to create another cons.issue, he will have to uncheck those 30 items and then only the remaining 70 will get copied. is there any way by which the already issued items dont get copied next time?

Go to VOV7, select your item category and maintain "B" for the field "Completion Rule".

That is why in the first phase itself, I had asked why you were deviating the standard. For your requirement, definitely you have to play with your item category only and if it doesnt work, then you have to go for user exit. But again, I am not sure, how far you will succeed in that task.

Why you want to deviate the standard process ???

You should be aware standard process is consignment issue order should be created referencing delivery related (F8) proforma and not with reference to KB order.

If you wish to reference a line item only once...then in (Tcode-VOV7) the item category of consignment fillup (KBN)...for the field 'Completion rule'...select the value 'A - Item is completed with the first reference' and test the process starting with creating the fillup order.
