How to add a pushbutton in PA related Infotype screen

Hi ,

I am trying to add a Pushbutton in Infotype screen 0102 through PM01 by adding it in additional fields , though I am able to see the pushbutton , but the related functioncode is not working and even in screen attributes all the related fields have got greyed out. Any suggestion as what could be the reason.

Regards,

Rahul Singh

    check with SE51:

Do all your fields have a screen group 3 assigned?

Can you debug into PAI module when pressing your button?

As our friend said If you want to add push button it is recomended you to go with Tcode SE51 instead of PM01.

SE51 is the Tcode for screen painter.

You said you are not able to view the button properties in edit mode.

Plase check do you have autharizations for ediiting.

Push button will work only when write event for that.

For example: if you click this should happend that you need to write in code.

Simply placing button doesn't give any result.

    Regards
