HANA MDX provider

I got a problem in “From Data Connect Wizard”. I selected HANA MDX Provider, and typed in my hana server info. The test connection is succeeded. However, if I click ok, Excel returns me “The Data Connection Wizard cannot obtain a list of databases from the specified data source”. I’m wondering if you have any ideas about what the problem is. How could I solve this problem?

SAP HANA Database and Client Version are same.

The SAP HANA Database and Client should be in the same version.

Can you check their versions and update accordingly.
