Adding New Charateristic Ship to Party field KUNWE to Operating Concern

Hi Gurus,

Iam not able to see the ship to party (KUNWE) field in my operating Concern fixed Cahrateristics.

How do i get this to include in my operating Concern.

I have read and inmplemented the realted SAP notes for the same as well, but no use.

Pls help.
