Scenario Button - Output Scenario settings, sending to others

The scenario button is a nice tool for savings settings locally to a machine. I understand that the scenario savings are stored somewhere locally. However, I need to "send" the saved scenario to other users. Does anyone have experience about how to either

1) find and send the saved scenario

2) output some sort of file - xml would be preferable - such that it can be sent to others?
