I am having one scenario; where my client company is providing the services to other company (customers)
In this my client company send some of the heavy machinery to respective locations (other companies - customers) for the operations ( to provide the services)
But whenever these machines are operating at the other locations (customer location - the location is not defined in our company structure); my client maintainance team takes care of maintainance & other operations related activities.
Those are as follows :
For Maintainance -
If any part need to be replaced - the maintainance team send the indent to the purchasing team; then purchasing buys that part & send to the respective location
Likewise there are so many indents those come from the maintainance team.
Now the purchasing team wants to keep track of the material at respective locations
For Operations -
The machine operates on Fuel & electricity along with lubricant (Oil)
For the fuel and lubricant oil again the maintainance team send the indent to the purchasing team; then purchasing buys the same & send to the respective location
Likewise there are so many indents come from the maintainance team.
Now the purchasing team wants to keep track of the how much fuel & lubricant oil is used for the 1 hour operation at respective locations
So that they can keep the track of the inventory
