UI API Behavior Changes when Service Pack is applied

Hi

We have developed a solution for SAP Business One version 6.50.52 EF:00

But we have downloaded from the Portal a Service Pack that upgrades the system to version 6.50.52 EF:04

But our solution doesn't works because some events changed with this Service Pack.

For example, when we try to disable a Button on a user form the next Error Code appears:

ITEM COULDN´T COMMIT THE ACTION BECAUSE IS CURRENTLY IN FOCUS

This happens for every button and text box when we try to disable it. That's so far what we found.

Is there some kind of technical information for every change between Service Packs?

Because we need some documentation to avoid debugging in the programs to fix the changes between every Service Pack that we apply to SAP Business One.
