GR/IR clearing amount in PO

Hi,

We have a PO,user wants to delete this PO ,GR reversal is done.But Account maitenance is showing 83000 INR in GR/IR clearing value . in local currency.And user is not able to delete the PO because of this.Is there anyway to close this PO.

can we do MR11 transaction reverse.
