Hi @Nadezha, Thanks for your detail reply on reason for leaving. It seems that client was not prepare for a CRM system. It is always advisable that client must prepare for a CRM movement within company including change management, before choosing or thinking of CRM software. :)

Regarding excel, if you go to Account Master -> there you can find button (bottom right corner) to download the data into excel sheet.

    Regards,

    Krish

Oops, why your client want to move our of SAP C4C? any suitable reason.

By the way, I do not know if there is an option to donwload data automatically. There is an option to dowload Master Data as an "Excel" Sheet. Please try it out.

    Hi @krishnendu.laha,

What do you mean by "dowload Master Data as an "Excel" Sheet"? I know about download through reports and download from object lists screens (which does not give all fields).

There are three big reasons for our client leaving C4C:

    - internal efforts: client doesn't want to change their 3rd party ERP system anymore to integrate it with C4C (at first they were willing, but changed their priorities now)

    - costs: client wants to use C4C just as a database but without using standart processes build-in C4C -> and this cost way more then using standart

    - system design: C4C is originally design to be used by a prepared sales employee who knows what he/she is doing. The client's understanding of CRM is a system that is design for a not prepared employee who has no freedom of actions what so ever.

    Best regards,
