We have a scenario where we are currently using the third party tool to create the Tickets/Incidents and this is replicated to SAP PM notifications. Now my customer would like to replace the 3rd party tool with SAP CRM7.0 service management. I have configured the Incident Management, the issue is how to replicate the CRM Incidents as PM notification. Alternatively I am thinking of maintaining the tickets only on CRM and replicate the service orders if any to PM work orders. For both Notifications and PM work orders there is standard way of replicating.
Could you please advice how to implement this scenario. Thank you in advance.
