Consolidator Problem In SAP TAO

HI all,

I have installed TAO 2.0.1 in my machine.I have configured TAO and Self check is also ok.

But in Consolidaate Tab two sub tabs are there

1.Selct by Test 2.Selct by component

In selct by Test tab Test plan folder strucutre is not diplaying but In Selct by Component Tab I am able to see Component folder structure.QC Connection is also fine.

anybody help on this please.

I realise that you posted your query some time ago, but I am having the exact same problem -

In the Consolidaate Tab there are  two sub tabs:

In 'select by Test' tab the est plan folder strucutre is not diplaying but In Selct by Component Tab I am able to see Component folder structure.

Did you get this resolved? And if yes can  you please let me know what the solution was.

Hello,

First of all did you create any component in QC? When you click on u201CSelect by testu201D you will see all your components which you created. But when you click on that are you able to see scripts in that?

And also when you do self check .are you getting any warnings or error messages?

Thanks for ur response.

I uploaded all the local components to QC business components(i.e SAP R3).

in self check everything is green status.

I created a test and trying for consolidation

in TAO under "Select by Test" i am not able see any folder structure like subject->BPT Resources.... (this Folder structure is avialable under QC Test Plan).

But If i select "Selct by Componet" i am able to see componets->SAP R3->Buttons like this.

I think u got now.

I worked on TAO 1.0.14.

This is the first time I installed TAO 2.0.1

I am facing this err.

Understood, yes you will see two tabs only in SAP TAO 2.0 version. When you click on "Select by test" you should see all your test scripts which you have created. so you pretty sure you don't have any warnings.

Can you do this steps:

i) Create a new folder under BPT tab and create a new script just login and logoff and see you are you able to see this new script.

And also can you provide me your tools configuration and what patches you have installed for SAP TAO 2.0.

Did you upgrade your ST-PI & ST-400 patches? Please see your compatablity matrix.

I can't say anything with out seeing your system but try above things.

Hi Ram,

Me also thought there was a problem on Solman Side for the patches like ST-PI,ST-400 SP20 andST-TAO 200.

I am working with them.

I will inform once it works.
