BAB and CRM Designer for CRM 4.0

I'm currently working on a project where we want to customize the people centric UI of CRM 4.0 via the blueprint application builder and the CRM designer. During working with the CRM Designer (synactive product) some strange things happen. Sometimes there isn't a single field displayed in the designer after pushing the "designer" button in the BAB. In other casus the designer does not start-up at all. In other casus the tab pages are not displayed in the designer. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks in advance.

Arjan.

    Dear Arja,

sorry I don't know the answer of your question. I'm new in BAB & CRM Designer. Regarding of CRM Designer, where I can install the CRM Designer, because every time I clicked 'designer' button in BAB, it always pop-up a download message (file CLD).

    Thanks in advance

CRM and BAB are applications that are written using BSP. We do not, and will not, provide any product support in this forum. This is a developer forum, for developers. The correct question starts with "how to do ...".

We will leave questions on CRM and BAB standing here. Maybe you are lucky, and somebody comes by with the correct answers. However, in all cases, please use OSS, this is the only way to handle (product) problems.
