ITS problem ?

Hi everybody,

I implemented the ESS Business Package. The ITS is called - but the ESS transaction is not executed. If I execute it then manually, I get the right ESS transaction with the right look and feel.

What is the problem with the ITS ? What can I do?

What do you mean "not executed"?

When you run an ESS transaction through the portal what kind of error are you getting from ITS?

If I start the detail navigation, for example 'catw', only the ITS /SAP Access Menue is shown up, and not the transaction itself.

If I execute the transaction within this sceen then, I get the desired screen 'catw'.
